Good starter apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
- quiet area - lovely balcony with pretty outdoor views
Cons:
- We had a mouse problem in our apartment for over 6 months, the advice we were given was to "get a cat" - multiple times the exterminator would come and didn't even know what they were there for
Advice to owner:
listen to your tenants

Nice building with noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a old-fashioned building with elevator and in-building laundry room.
Cons:
If you are on the side that is close to the 60th St, it is super noisy.
