Cute layouts but problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice layouts, nice neighbors, bodega right downstairs
Cons:
Marble stairs that are very slippery (a woman died and I was knocked unconscious) super won’t put any gripping or safety surface down, only a railing, they feel is enough), bad mouse problem, dodgy massage parlor, loud traffic at night (tractor trailers)
Advice to owner:
Please do something about the stairs, please.
