Great Building in a good location

Pros:
The building is clean and well maintained . The staff and very nice. Any issues we have with our apartment are fixed in less than 24 hours. Garbage is removed from each floor daily. There are plenty of washers and dryers.
Cons:
The building is located in a high traffic area so sometimes traffic noise can be heard.

Wonderful staff. Never had any issues with package acceptance, laundry, etc.

Garbage room is cleaned very often
Doormen are nice & accomodating

Not managed well at all
Air condition not turned on when management had over a week warning of 90 degree weather
Elevators don’t work well at all.
Noise level very high from multiple construction sights around
Advice to owner:
Renovate the lobby
Fix the elevators
Turn on the air condition before it hits unsafe conditions
