Management is very responsive Good location to subway stations Comes with building cat! Rooms are pretty soundproof - only hear neighbors while I’m in the hallway

How bad is the rodent situation?

Sorry for the delay. I wrote the review that included the mention of mice. This was years ago when I had mice. I haven't lived in the building in a few years, but when I left I did not have mice in my apartment. They also regularly exterminate and are responsive.
