A tale of 2 sides
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff, beautiful common areas, 65th side is quiet, great location, nice rooftop gym, great elevators, never ever had any bug problems
Cons:
64th st side is a nightmare. 3am garbage pickups. 4am industrial gas canister drop offs at the hospital, oil truck deliveries at 5am. Hot water pipes in the walls are uninsulated so certain room turn into an oven in winter. Kitchen sink can’t put out cold water in the winter Apartments are teeny weeny
