Well maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe. Great package room and building staff.
Cons:
Expensive. Individual sub-let condominium owners contract out to realtors that live in building. These realtors are not working in your best interest and can charge high fees.
Advice to owner:
Think carefully about who you let manage your property.
