Big landlord but rarely communicate đź‘Ž
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive superintendent. The location is nice, a short walk to the grocery and Q subway station and the 6 lines. No complaint about water and heating. Nicely renovated kitchen. Monthly pest controller visit. Got a full deposit back after moving out.
Cons:
This NYC walk-up building has no security, and my packages are at risk of theft and damage. Multiple times, the doors and entrance hallway were damaged, so they installed a security camera, which I am not sure if it would help. During the night, sometimes there was screaming and yelling. Due to security reasons, there was once a time when police had to visit the building.
Advice to owner:
Improved security, and communication.
