Nice building, significant rent increase

None. I wish I didn’t move into this place.
Cons:
This is an overpriced slum. Icon reality management are slum lords. This apartment is the most disgusting place I have ever moved into. Was not clean enough to be considered move in ready not to mention the long list of repairs that were either half assed or completely ignored. Worst place I have ever moved into. Do not recommend. Oh and it’s 11/16 and there is still no heat on. It feels like a walk in refrigerator. No response from landlord or “super”.
Advice to owner:
Actually clean the apartments before you rent them to the next person. Respond to emails about repairs. Don’t half do the repairs. Turn the heat on in accordance to nyc laws!
