Great area; questionable moments
Former Tenant
Pros:
So much to do and see. Beautiful tree lined block. Gorgeous Central Park near by and perfect distance from train
Cons:
Packages are stolen often, no security cameras! Management takes a long time to fix things, drunk kids getting locked out often ringing bells, many rats outside but that’s all if nyc.
Advice to owner:
Get cameras dude!

Roaches and Old, but Nice Neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location to the 6 and the Q, nice neighbors.
Cons:
We had roaches, our 2 bed flex apartment had only one room with natural light, the oven was TINY, the bathroom sink is too small to wash your face. When we first moved in, the bathroom wasn’t clean nor the microwave. There were MICE droppings in the cabinets... disgusting
Advice to owner:
The super, Oscar takes days to get anything done, he’ll often create an expectation - I’ll fix today - but comes days later. The owner should also hire a different exterminator, because we were super clean and had scary roaches.
