Decent and Clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management had staff come and clean the hallways. The front door system was always secure, and packages were safe.
Cons:
We had several cockroaches during our lease. But it happens. I will say the building DID provide regular extermination for units.

Predatory management led by landlord with criminal past
Former Tenant
Pros:
The windows and the neighborhood are lovely.
Cons:
The management and landlord of this building do very bad things like rent out units on Airbnb which is illegal in NYC. The landlord has been sent to jail for harassing tenants, and they have not learned their lesson. They continue to harass tenants. Do not rent from Liberty Management, they do not deserve your business and hard earned money.
Advice to owner:
Stop engaging in unlawful and inappropriate behavior. I
