Pest control needs improvement

Pros:
Recently renovated apartments
Cons:
Mice
Cockroaches on 1st floor
Super doesn’t do quality repairs
Packages disappear or they leave the empty box
Bedroom layout illogical
Downstairs barbers wash their towels in the washing machines
Advice to owner:
Sort out the pest issue. Get a separate washer dryer for the barber shop. Replace the super

It’s just okay.

Pros:
Units themselves are super nice for one person to live. Location is amazing.
Cons:
Elevator is faulty. Nose level extremely loud. There is never a quiet moment- you can hear everything from all neighbors, upstairs and next door and down the hall. Construction going on all the time. Cockroaches in the lobby. Poor communication from management.
