Disgusting building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is no pros. Only the location but it’s in front a bus atop and it’s disgusting and dirty.
Cons:
After 1 year living in this place thx God I find a new place. The building is horrible, dangerous stairs, heat problems, the basement have a lot issues and it flood one time a month for water problems. There is no pest control, the landlord doesn’t care about the building and the issues. Whiteout heat during the cold seasons and we had water in the front door during a entire day. No managements, no súper, no nothing! I leave that place painted and clean but the landlord doesn’t give my deposit back. It’s on the court now. The worst place to live in NY.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your property. It’s a garbage basket! Not a building
