No serious issues but not well managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice, Nice area, Traders Joes a block away Well-priced... for now No serious issues, just constant little ones.
Cons:
Roaches have been an issue since the beginning. Its not bad enough, just annoying despite many photos sent to super. Mice have been a problem recently, with quick responses but they still get through the prevention tactics. Leaks and mold as well, documented for almost a year with no real solution only bandaid fixes.
All of this has been documented yet they are still raising rent about 15-20% each year. Ridiculous.
Advice to owner:
Stop doing bandaid fixes and spend money on long term fixes and upkeep the building more. Maybe then people would be willing to spend an absurd amount of money for a closet.
