    Small roach issue
    Heat does not circulate and apartment overheats
    Noise transfers from above and from the sides

    Location and virtual doorman kinda
    Cons:
    Everything else, building is falling apart, multiple gas leaks while I lived there, alerted management, they didn’t care until the building gas was shut off by the city. They replaced pipes and left them exposed, didn’t clean up Sheetrock, floors had holes, mice, bugs, you name it this building has it.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix everything
