Very good apratment , near trader joes and equinox

Pros:
Trader joes very close , Cheapest equinox in the city at a 3 min walk.
Cons:
Rent slightly on the higher side. Kitchen on the smaller side.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work

Nice looking lobby, fast elevators
Cons:
Tiny bedrooms, rodents in apartments. Rodents and pests in laundry room. Often broken laundry machines
