Comfortable, roomy apartment

Pros:
- Great size overall - big bedroom, solid kitchen and living space
- Live-in super was responsive, helpful
- Elevator
- Pretty quiet
Cons:
Didn't love the location (not as close to trains as we would have liked), but it was comfortable, clean and a good first NYC apartment

Pros:
Great location, friendly neighbors, in a tucked away street with not much noise
Cons:
Pest control could be better (rodents & mice)
Heating system is quite old, hence makes those clink-clonk crazy noises
Advice to owner:
improve basement cleaning / pest control

A building code instead of a key would be great but this is minor
