review from 2+ yr tenant, loved living here overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
- very soundproof walls - responsive management - building kept very clean - never seen bugs in-unit (except for the occasional fly)
Cons:
- packages occasionally stolen (old intercom system instead of app etc, so people often let in strangers) - traffic noise from the bridge ramp exit and nearby hospitals

Get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are generously sized, with nice natural light. The in building laundry and elevator are amenities that similarly prices units don’t necessarily have.
Cons:
The super (who recently took over full time) is an absolute a**hole. He’ll gaslight you that any complaint raised isn’t an actual problem and it’s overreaction i.e. smelling natural gas, live cockroaches in unit, and broken elevator (with people regularly stuck. Several tenants including myself had mice last year.
Advice to owner:
Get a live in super who can actually maintain this building

Didn’t live here long, no issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, professional management, quiet inside (neighbors)
Cons:
Noise from the street is loud, right next to exit off the highway
