i didnt love the attitude of the other people living there

not much, just i guess faster service but still very solid

Pros:
Management responds promptly when there is an issue.
Cons:
Although the response is quick the fixes are make shift and don't last. If the issue is very bad they hire a professional - otherwise it's just the building handyman that takes a look and tries to fix. There were mice from time to time (season to season) in my unit.
Advice to owner:
I have not met or communicated with the owner.

Pros:
Management is generally good and responsive. Reasonable rates. Clean and pest-free.
Cons:
Walls are paper thin and you can pretty much hear everything... even the things you don’t want to hear. Heat is not great in the colder months, so space heaters are a must. No laundry, so you’re stuck with the laundromat across the street or wash and fold.
Advice to owner:
Add a laundry room

-Super Clean and Tidy
-Management very hands on and handles any issues quickly
-Love the neighborhood
-Lived here for 5 years and never have seen even 1 roach or pest
Cons:
No doorman unfortunately
