HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT

Pros:
Nice location
Excellent smart super
Cons:
Building is run by one of the owners son who has no idea what he is doing!! Disrespectful and entitled! Cheep to repair laundry machines which are constantly broken, same as the elevators. Mice in building was will most likely come to you through heating machine - heads up!
Cockroaches and/or Waterbeds will be your neighbors! Enjoy!

Like he would listed! Ha!
