Cons:

Pretty responsive management; building could have been more well-kept
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super friendly and helpful neighbors! I could ask anyone there for help with anything any time. The property manager was quite helpful and responsive as well. I had a really positive experience with the people there.
Cons:
The building is really old and so there were quite a lot of issues with heat and hot water, but the manager took care of them pretty quickly. There were a lot of rodents while I was there as well.
