Lived here for 2 years, no major issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Attentive super, no pest issues, good neighbors. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living in this building, no major complaints at all. Never had any packages stolen
Cons:
Bottom floor could use a face lift, but it’s an old building

A gem of a building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mike is the BEST super, the apartment building is kept clean and well-maintained for a 100-year-old walk-up, pest control is on the ball (not a SINGLE issue since I moved in). Responsive property management, fair/predictable rent increases.
Cons:
there's no elevator but you can't win them all!!
