You get what you pu for

Pros:
Rent stabalized, size of apartments are great
Cons:
They do not clean the hallways, garbage often overflows, dead roaches will often be left in the hallway for weeks. Apartments in serious need of an update. Neighbors are often inconsiderate. When repairs are needed in your apartment, a mess is left for you to clean ip.
Advice to owner:
Invest in your properties and bring them up to date.

Pros:
My rent was reasonable, apartments are large.
Cons:
They do not care for the building. Garbage is inside hallway and they sometimes go a few days without taking it out. They never clean the hallways. Apartments are old and not well maintained. When supers come to make repairs, they leave a mess in their wake and you’re expected to clean up after them.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your properties.
