Mice and roaches are your unwanted roommates
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Super and neighbors are friendly, location is great, and we’ve never had an issue with water or heat.
Cons:
Overpriced. The appliances (only a fridge and an oven are provided) are miniature and barely function. Walls are thin, floors are creaky, and the units are visibly “lived in.” But nothing is worse than the pests. In the summer we saw at least one roach per week, and in the winter mice would come in to the apartment through the heating vents. They have an “exterminator” come once a month but you don’t know what time he’ll be stopping by and if you’re not home you just don’t get services for the month.
Advice to owner:
Apartment needs updates and immediate pest control, or at least a hefty drop in price.
