Unresponsive and Questionable Practices

Pros:
Location, back terrace on floor 2, in building washer dryer
Cons:
Lack of responsiveness from building and super, the occasional rat, consistent package theft, thin walls, the smell of bbq downstairs wafting through the air, cleanliness of the building.

I am going to list all of the issues that I had with my unit and how long it took to be repaired to better explain the response time issue:

Bathroom door does not close / 1 year 11 months and counting
Toilet clog/ 5 days / when it was unclogged it flooded and I was not informed of the flood so I walked in the water
Air Conditioner leak / 2 weeks in the summer / damaged the flooring and my winter clothing being stored under bed
Kitchen sink / 2 weeks / and damaged the inside of the cabinet
Gas stove / 3 weeks and counting / still have not been informed by the landlord when it will be on
Advice to owner:
Just respond to emails and phone calls! Things are breaking and no one is giving any updates.
