My unit was nice, building not so much
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer and drier in unit. Spacious. Has bi monthly exterminator available. Never heard my neighbor next door but could hear the neighbors above me.
Cons:
Had an issue with mice. Needed the apartment sealed professionally. Took over a month of emailing with owners to resolve, so that was stressful.

Had several other issue with water damage.
The building was raining inside during the bad storm in 2021. Building overall is not well maintained.

Also they keep the garbage in front of the building which leads to random people dumping their garbage. But when garbage was in basement there were flies in the hallways all of the time, so it’s a lose-lose situation with that.
Advice to owner:
Need better overall maintenance of building. Example: Some of the steps leading from first to second floor have been loose for over a year. Surprised no one has tripped or gotten hurt yet.

Cheap rent, for a reason
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, decent amount of space for the price.
Cons:
Cockroaches in the hallway and I’m sure I just haven’t seen them in my apartment yet, and mice.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building better, I’ve lived in NYC for years and have never had this many problems and complaints about a building this quickly. It takes multiple follow ups to get a response let alone a solution.
