Great UES Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building was my first New York apartment, and if I didn't need to find a bigger space, I would stay here forever. The neighbors are so friendly, the live in super, Lucas, has been fantastic, and overall, I highly recommend this building. I'm sad to leave.
Cons:
There was a leak that required my bathroom ceiling to be entirely redone which sucked but was handled in a timely manner. Occasionally had a roach (usually dead) after being gone for a few days/week.

Great experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly super in building; brand new elevator; quiet building with many elderly/family with young child tenants; package room; laundry in basement; trash chute; windows in every room; clean building; reasonably priced for size; dishwasher
Cons:
Apartment could be better renovated, but even so, some apartments are better than others
Advice to owner:
Look at renovating apartments at the older end of the spectrum
