Pros:
Great studio apartment. Never had any problems in this space. Superintendent was very quick to fix minor repairs, plumbing etc. No pests. Laundry in building and decent garbage management. Very close to subways, bus lines, grocery stores and restaurants, the waterfront.
Cons:
There's a single washer and dryer in the basement. So if it's broken it takes a couple days to fix. But this isn't a serious issue and only occurs once a year or so.
