Great First Apartment in NYC

Pros:
Location and neighborhood, building maintenance, neighbors, responsive super
Cons:
Unnecessary cosmetic improvements, occasional pests, packages stolen during construction. During my first year living here there were boiler problems throughout the winter but these have since been resolved and had no issues this year.
Advice to owner:
Go back to regular pest management throughout the building
