roaches upon move in.
Former Tenant
Pros:
nothing. i was very excited to rent this apt. however upon moving in, there was a roach infestation in my unit. the only good thing ill say about this building is the landlord is responsive and did try to help with the situation, but i was turned off the minute i had to deal with this upon moving in. i moved out within the month.
Cons:
roaches the landlord also thinks its a good idea to keep the garbage room on the third floor in a small closet with one big can for everyone in the building to put their garbage in. what the broker and landlord failed to tell me upon move in is that my apartment was right next to the garbage room.
Advice to owner:
move the garbage room to the basement and clean up the whole building
