Loved living here! Great and very safe well maintained building.

Pros:
While the super isn't a "people person" he is responsive and on site 24/7. So the place is very clean. The security system is excellent with two doors. and two panels to buzz people in. Hallways are spotless. and my space is lovely with everything working.
Cons:
Off hand - I think this is an ideal building - and I have no complaints.
Advice to owner:
Maybe make garbage instructions clearer in garbage room. But everyone is respectful and we keep it very clean.
