STAY AWAY. Amateur hour.

Pros:
sadly the most positive thing I can say is that there are 2 doors to enter the building rather than just 1. Yep, that's the extent of what I can come up with.
Cons:
- losing heat/hot water in the winter on many occasions. landlord slow to respond and never permanently fixed the problem - hardly responds to anything actually - hallway stinks of pot at all times - trash left in the hallways at all times - rude supers (not live in) - poor acoustics so you hear EVERYTHING even other floors - had to follow up multiple times to get the security deposit
Advice to owner:
don't be so nasty. about everything. at all times. you're a miserable, cranky person who clearly has no clue what you're doing.
