Pretty but poorly built

Pros:
walls between apartments are thin. other than that the building is pretty
Cons:
can clearly hear neighbors from your apartment

Overall great building! A little far from laundry but great!

Pros:
Had no trouble with bugs, mice. Building very clean, super is responsive.
Cons:
Walls are quite thin! Can hear neighbors next to us at normal talking volume sometimes.
Advice to owner:
No advice! Any problems I had were quickly taken care of by super
