Beware of First Service Residential
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing as the minute you sign a lease you are agreeing to an illegal lease because this building is considered hazardous and dangerous and is not allowed to rent out apartments to prospective tenants until they correct the extreme amount of dangerous violations present in the building that deem it unsafe
Cons:
Cannot reach anyone and no one reaches out to you ever in the event of a problem or emergency or anything
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management and super who actually oversees the property as it advertises they do or change your signage to reflect the appropriate services and liabilities your property has so prospective tenants are aware and not fooled into renting somewhere that isnt even close to what is advertised
