Pros:
Good water pressure and instant hot water.
Cons:
A lot of cockroaches throughout the building and property owner was MIA. Never responded to questions or service requests. Only contacted us for monthly payments.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants.

Pros:
This was a great first apartment - spacious for multiple roommates without feeling cramped. Great private outdoor space, and the building was very quiet.
Cons:
The unit was extremely outdated and needed renovation. Also the pests were present given the ground floor nature.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the apartment and this would be a must have.
