Nice place except for the holes in the roof
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building and a great part of town. Super is a wonderful person.
Cons:
Our ceiling leaked in three places, with one massive hole in the bathroom unaddressed for over six months. The owner didn’t do anything substantive (and didn’t tell us about the leak history), and the property managers couldn’t have cared less.
Advice to owner:
Fix the roof!

New Super has made such a difference!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our live-in Super, Moses, is incredible. My first year living here, I constantly had pest problems and issues with the piping, etc. Moses goes above and beyond for the tenants in this building. Whether is helping you replace an AC unit, Making a spare key for you, or just greeting you warmly with a “good morning!” Or “have a nice day!”, I will stay in this building as long as possible because of Moses! Thank you for all that you do!
Cons:
Only thing is there is no central air, which I know is often the case with older buildings!
Advice to owner:
Keep Moses as long as possible!
