Really quite awful experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Somewhat clean building
Cons:
Super is very unresponsive and throws away packages Smelled gas and called 911 and later got an email telling me not to call 911 if I smelled gas Super has multiple jobs and refuses to help at times convenient to renters Super has yelled at renters for not breaking down boxes If packages go missing the building Managment asks for a warrant to see footage Overall very overpriced with an awful management team
