Overpriced and unresponsive maintenance

Good location and quiet street and neighbors
Cons:
Always had water issues, semi frequent pest issues with landlord not following up and rats ALL OVER the bl

Could be better, could be worse

Pros:
Apartment had skylights, quiet neighbors, and is on one of the best blocks in the upper east side. As a young 20 year old fresh out of college it was a decent first apartment!
Cons:
Westminster management does not have a good track record (has a whole episode about it on Netflix series Dirty Money), the ceiling leaked and they would plaster over it instead of fixing the issue. We did have a few roaches but in NYC you have to expect it.
Advice to owner:
Provide more quality maintenance
