Decent enough for cost

Pros:
Quiet building in a quiet area. Building feels safe and secure. Reasonable rent for a 1br. In-building laundry is convenient.
Cons:
Hot water off every few weeks, heat off 10+ times in the thick of winter for multiple days at a time. Management not always responsive.
Advice to owner:
More frequent cleanings of the lobby area/carpeted hallways/walls as well as the laundry area would be nice.

Clean, laundry in building
Cons:
Management is so strict and anal. They don’t honor the names on the lease as joint income to prove 50x unless you are married.
