334 E 79th St
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is very clean and well kept. I stayed here as a student for my entire school year. Spacious and not cramped. Laundry in building and there is a little outdoor patio downstairs. Close to many restaurants and transportation.
Cons:
The person in charge of maintenance does not reply quickly and it takes forever for something in the apartment to get fixed, if it does get fixed. The maintenance people themselves are not the problem, just their higher up who does not reply fast enough.
Advice to owner:
Work on getting maintenance issues resolved quicker.
