Pros:
It is conveniently located
Cons:
Late/slow response from manager or super of the building. Neither live in the area so getting anything fixed is a hassle. The super rarely replies and when he does will often tell you that it is not his problem. He recently erased his contact info from the Contact Sheet in the main lobby. Lack of accountability when things go wrong. Garbage disposal area doesn’t get emptied in a timely manner leaving no room to throw out trash or recycle often. The building smells like Indian food from the restaurant on the main level.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super and respond in a more timely manner.
