Decent for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were quiet Landlord is nice and tries to be responsive Super maintained building well Apartment was cute and renovated
Cons:
Bugs were present in the years I lived there and I know other units had worse issues. Pest control was available monthly In my 3 years of living there I would have to call the landlord many times to get things actually repaired. They were very nice but it took a while to get many things completed They also took way longer than the 14 days to return my security deposit and it took me calling them to finally get it back. Heat was either 10000 degrees or not on there was no in between. However this is fairly normal for old prewar buildings
Advice to owner:
Don’t make people call you 5+ times for repairs
