    They’ve been doing construction with no access to the roof for over a year and a half

    Can’t believe I found this building!

    Pros:
    - The doormen are always lovely!
    - Elevators always available
    - If anything, there’s too much water pressure!
    - Laundry in building
    - Large space and tall ceilings
    - Only 4 apartments per floor even in lower floors
    - Garbage chute on every floor
    - Responsive landlord/super
    Cons:
    - Electric bill too high from inefficient central units
    - Appliances need to be updated
    - No overhead light fixtures in living spaces
    Advice to owner:
    Update the appliances please! It will help the space and lower the electric bill.
