Good building, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, good area to live in.
Cons:
The building has a systematic pest control problem which they seem to refuse to do anything about except for calling the company to bring sticky traps when pests appear. For the amount that the market-rate apartments go by, it’s absolutely crazy. The management is also not responsive and often requires multiple emails and calls to act on issues.
Advice to owner:
The building needs to be disinfected starting with the basement. When redoing new apartments makes sure there aren’t holes left in the walls. And show you care for tenants.
