cheap and it shows

Pros:
price and location close to grocery, laundromats, restaurants,
Cons:
roach infested mice infested poor management- took forever to repair water damage in ceilings unit was old and needs renovation, everything is just so cheap and dirty

Good neighborhood, okay building

Pros:
Neighborhood is good and close to grocery store, laundrymat, bus stops
Cons:
No elevator, no mailroom control, front door always seems to be broken, not a lot of amenities and pest problem
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and timely about repairs
