Nice building but poorly maintained depending on the unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are nice, building is always kept clean, very few bugs seen in 6+ years. Subsidized student building at well below market rate.
Cons:
Some units are better maintained than others. Building will be torn down soon so heat wasn't working in last few months I was there.

Amazing doormen and maintenance crew Depending on the unit, you can get great views!
Cons:
Rats in the basement The layout of the apartment in itself was super weird for a 1 bed situation

Good but dated building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really nice front desk people, overall clean facilities
Cons:
Windows are not very good at soundproofing; often hear a lot of noise from ships in the river and the street even though it's a pretty quiet area

AC in unit, laundry in building, maintenance was helpful with repairs, windows and lighting is great
Cons:
WAY TOO HOT! you can’t control the heat and it can be either freezing or burning in the winter. Would get roaches about once per month

Nice management!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Things get fixed fast upon request.
