Rats and Roaches

Pros:
It is a good location and accessible to many grocery stores, transportation, etc.
Cons:
You have rats (not mice but rats!) in the apartment and walking over the stove. There are also cockroaches roaming around and I have had them on my headboard as I woke up before.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the building and be more responsive to tenants and their needs. We pay money for poor living conditions.

- amazing live in super, attentive & sweet - clean and well maintained building - responsive management - convenient & right near the Q - quiet street
Cons:
-apartments are super small - no laundry in building
