Pros:
Close to work, laundry on the floor,
Gym, overall veryyyyy clean and meticulous !
Cons:
Elevators sometimes slow but even that isn’t a huge issue!

Well maintained, nice security personnel, washer & dryer on each floor, huge space, maintenance staff are always on time, best apartment I had in NYC!
Cons:
A bit on the pricey side, gym needs updating

Nothing really. They’re doing a great job.

Wonderful and responsive staff, very safe and clean, well cared for.
Cons:
Some neighbors on our floor were very noisy in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Enforce hallway rules a bit more closely (hallway playing of children and dogs)
