    No real major complaints which feels like a win

    Pros:
    Rent stabilized! Wide and well lit hallways and stairs
    Cons:
    Management is a little disorganized but give you the flexibility given this reality. Not the cleanest lobby or communal hallways. Buildings heat can be intense but not consistently - definitely peak time
    Advice to owner:
    Paint the lobby!!!!

    Responsive management and super, good neighborhood, nice street
    Cons:
    Loud garbage pickup in the mornings, outside garbage, walk up building
