What a ripoff…

Pros:
Location and that’s it.
Cons:
No cooking gas for over a year, they never fix anything, they never clean, trash room is tiny and always a mess, exterminator is nice but doesn’t fix much because the building doesn’t pay them enough to actually do anything. Gross waste of money. Apartment falling apart.
Advice to owner:
Fix the cooking gas and do some renovation! This UES building seems like an ancient abandoned building in the Bronx, except at least in the Bronx they would have full sized appliances and COOKING GAS.
