I don’t recommend renting from ELH MGMT LLC

The building would be nice if it was properly maintained.

Large bedroom
Good water pressure
Cons:
4 story walk up
Packages were stolen constantly
Building never helped - promised to put in camera that never happened
I legit had a hoarder live acc the hall
Always had problems with pests as they came in from across the hall
Common areas were never cleaned
Advice to owner:
Move out the hoarder !! Clean your building
